This is not very smart at all.. Just seperate it normally, its much quicker and it also much easier to clean the strainer when its not all gunky from the concentrated egg-white. 🙂

Or you can just use liquid egg whites
With a little practice you can crack the egg in half and split it with the shell all at once, no fuss… That's the real hack.

Hawthorn strainers for me at home are way too fancy, so this might be a good direction 💯
