  2. i’m currently doing the 28 day challenge and this was truly incredible fun and also peaceful at the same time.
    it was my first time doing the fish pose and the side plank variation !
    i was wondering if it would be in any way possible for us to have more classes that use unique ish poses?
    thank you for all it is that you do 🙏 you have changed a lot of peoples lives, including mine
