this was definitely challenging! my wrists are pretty weak so I dd as much as I could. very fun workout, I will be incorporating into my weekly routine after this 2 week journey! thank you for sharing

I felt disappointed that there was no warm-up. Not like her usual instruction. Good core exercises though.
